Houzz’s first words in Russian

Houzz, a mega web resource about interior design and home improvement, came to Russia. Houzz Russian segment is headed by the former managing director of Airbnb in Russia, CIS and Baltic countries, Mikhail Konoplev. The company's office is located in Moscow, in the design space “Arma”.
The furniture manufacturers may find houzz.ru interesting as advertising and market place. Hundreds of furniture and interior design firms operating on the domestic market have already joined the expert community of houzz.ru, for example Roomer, Roy Bosh, Albert&Shtein, OGOGO Obstanovochka, Mr.Doors, HomeMe, Flat-Interiors, BoConcept, Trio Interior and many others.
Russian audience of the portal before the opening of the Russian-language version was 100 thousand people per month. This growing interest in the Web service from the Russian public influenced the making of decision on the Houzz’s arrival in Russia.
