Biesse Group continues to focus on the Russian market in the belief that the region has a high potential, which must be disclosed. The company appreciates the friendly environment that has developed in relations with Russian customers and partners and is ready to develop business contacts in Russia further. This is confirmed by the fact that BIESSSE Group LLC established a regional subsidiary of the parent company, and by the recent assignment of a new CEO of the Russian firm.

Matteo Vaglica, a young professional who already has considerable experience and who has already held high positions at industrial enterprises in Russia, demonstrates his enthusiasm for taking the office.

“This is an excellent incentive to be part of the Group, which, despite the stated uncertainty of the Russian market, not only doesn’t ignore this region, but actually intends to make significant investments into it, as shown by both the establishment of a new branch in Russia and the decision on the short-term formation of the full staff of qualified employees. I am sure these are the right steps to the full development of the Russian market, to which Biesse company has a lot to offer,” — said the head of BIESSE Group LLC.

After receiving an economic education in Italy, Matteo Vaglica moved to Moscow in 2009 to promote the large transnational corporation that manufactures ceramics. In just a few years, he made a successful management career, having held top positions in companies working in the sector of industry and metalworking. Mr. Vaglica is a permanent resident of Moscow, expecting to gain citizenship. He is well-versed in the economic and cultural realities of the country.

“We are convinced that Matteo is the most suitable figure to carry out the synthesis of the international spirit of our Group with the demands and opportunities of the Russian market, while fully respecting the Biesse’s priority claim for full customer satisfaction,” — states Federico Broccoli, commercial director of the Biesse Group branch network and the woodworking division. “In addition, Matteo met a new professional challenge with such enthusiasm, that perfectly corresponds with the values of Biesse. I can say that it also shows our high degree of trust to Russian people and Russia itself as a promising export market aimed at vigorous industrial development.”

The advantages of such a form of territorial representation are quite a lot, starting with, it’s a team of local specialists capable of providing technical and commercial consultation of any level, including consultation on complex machining lines, ending with the availability of a warehouse of original spare parts that are always ready for delivery, after-sales service by qualified personnel, trained at the headquarters in Italy, as well as a developed distribution network covering the whole territory of the country for the maximum close contact with customers.
