Kitchen test drive in Russia

The international manufacturer of hardware offers all the potential customers to test and evaluate the kitchen project even before its implementation.

No matter how realistic the kitchen, designed in a super advanced designer’s program, may look, the customer wants to see it “in the flesh” before placing an order. This is the only way to understand the scale and scope, to assess the advantages and disadvantages of the layout, to analyze whether the internal space is convenient enough, and also to check the work of pull-out mechanisms and other elements of the “content”.

Such kitchen test drive was offered Russian consumers by the Blum company, one of the leaders in the world hardware market.

According to Elena Fedotikova, the head of marketing department in Blum (Russia), the very idea, and in many respects its embodiment belongs to the parent company Blum.

“In Austria, this project has been successfully operating for many years, however, the demonstration there takes place at a specially equipped separate site,” — says Ms. Fedotikova. “But here we decided that it would be better to choose a large furniture center for this purpose.”

The first Blum demonstration zone opened in the summer of 2015 in the Moscow kitchen mega mall KukhniPark, and after that Ekaterinburg (test drive opened in the furniture center Gulliver) and Novosibirsk (trade and exhibition complex Bolshaya Medveditsa) joined.
